Elgato EyeTV Hybrid Questions

1. Is it a good device and does it work well?

2. Does it work with cable/satellite?

3. I have a Magnavox RCA cable to single antenna cable adapter (we used it on our old TV that didn't have RCA inputs). Would I be able to plug a game system into that, then use an antenna cable to connect the adapter to the EyeTV Hybrid? I know the connections fit, but will it work and will I be able to play a game system on my mac?
