Elgato eyetv sound issue

Hi,

I have an Elgato eyetv 250 plus that I'm having trouble setting up. I got the picture to appear on my mac, but I can't seem to get any sound. I've tried some test recordings but nothing. I've tried everything, but it still doesn't work. Can anyone help? Please?
