I purchased the Elgato ThunderBolt 2 dock to link all my devices and make it easier when docking my MacBook Air on my desk.
I have used a ThunderBolt dock before, and wasn't too impressed as Ive had docked drives just disappear at times, which can get annoying!
Hence I decided to try the Elgato, and so far its performed rock solid! It blends in with all my MAC equipment, and my Lacie 5Big drive etc nicely, and its performance has been brilliant. Even fully loaded Im getting optimum performance from connected peripherals.
Anyway, those after a dock may want to check this one out. It is a little overpriced, but I guess you pay that premium when you're in the Apple bandwagon!
