Elgato thunderbolt 3 dock problem

Hi,

I have an intek MBP (13 inches, 2020, 4 TB ports).

I have the elgato TB3 dock.

One monitor (Dell U2723QE 4K) connected via USB-C/TB port on the dock and a n Asus 1440p via DP. The dock is connected to my MBP via a TB3 cable.


When it’s working, it’s super stable. I can sleep and wake my MBP without problem.

When I reconnect the cable or reboot the MBP, only the DP monitor (asus 1440p) comes up.

I need to disconnect cables several times and it eventually comes back.

Anyone has an idea?
