i am still confused if i should return ipad mini wifi only and get the LTE version in two weeks...

on my apple.com account this is what it says

Eligible for return until: November 20, 2012

this means they should have the ipad delivered to them by Nov 20th ? or i can call and ask for return authorization by Nov 20th ?

can some one clarify me on this. thanks

I just called for the same reason. The guy I talked to told me they don't really do exchanges, that I'd have to ship this one back first then they could ship me the new one. I asked about cross shipping and he said no. He said the fastest way would be for me to into the Apple store for exchange, but we have no Apple stores where I live.

I told him I'd call back later. I don't know if this is standard procedure or not as I have never returned an Apple product. I'd be interested to hear if they tell you any differently.

Call Apple. Personally I would assume that means return by the 20th, but they might make an exception if you are exchanging it for a cellular model.

if it says Nov 20th ... i am assuming its initiate return by nov 20th

I spoke to several of the Specialist at my local Apple store and they said that as long as you are returning the iPad mini Wifi for a LTE model, they would extend the 2 week return period so questions asked.

Also, the Apple 2012 Holiday Return Policy applies. It is difficult to find on the Apple pages. Suggest using Google to find. Oct 27 - Jan 7, 2013. Good Luck.
