Elura 100 With iChat

I have a Mac Pro and want my Canon Elura 100 to work with iChat as a webcam but whenever I launch iChat and try to video chat or access the video it crashes. It works perfectly fine in Quicktime, Photobooth and Skype.
EDIT
I got the camera to work but there is no audio.
Fixed it all.

I'm having the same problem... what was the fix?

I fixed it by unplugging the camera then opening the select then plugging it back it.
