Hi.
I recently bought an eMac 1,25Ghz and wanted to upgrade its RAM with two 1Gb dimm's. Later I discovered I didn't support 1Gb dimm's, is that correct?
Since I want to put it max RAM I would need 2 512Mb RAM. I found at Apple Store that for 256 they use PC2700 and for 512Mb PC3200. I think the difference is the speed… can I buy PC2700 or 3200? If I buy it in other place than Apple what should I ask for? What's the U stands for in PC2700U or PC3200U?
In which other Apple computers can I use this 2 dimm's I've got?
Thanks for the help.

Go to datamem.com. You can pick apple, them pick your computer. You'll get excellent RAM that is guaranteed to work in your specific computer. They have great service, a lifetime warranty, and very competitive pricing. I generally don't shop anywhere else.
