Apart from adding more RAM or more hard drive space what upgrade options are there availible?

Or is EVERYTHING built into the motherboard?

Everything is built on the motherboard. What you can upgrade is the Hard drive, CD-rom and of course ram. Although it's not recommended by Apple.

What exactly are logic boards? I have heard people on this forum talk about adding or upgrading logic boards on iBooks.

yup i think its another way that apple can jsutify the extremly high cost of individual parts inside of its computers. If they give it a new name it must be better.
