eMac PAT test failures

I support a Mac network at a secondary school in England with a large number of eMacs. The problem is that a lot of them are failing the PAT electrical safety test. Has anyone seen this problem before, and found any solutions. Thanks

If you outlined the exact way(s) that your eMacs are failing the PAT, then I might be able to offer some advice.
