eMac version of 10.4 on other Macs?

I recently bought 10.4 on eBay and found out that it's made for the eMac. Is it possible to use the installation DVD for other Macs like a Mac Mini or a iMac G3?

Also, I actually need the CD versions of 10.4 and I'm filling out this form http://images.apple.com/macosx/pdf/tigermediaexchangev2.pdf and it says I need a "Software proof-of-purchase coupon for Mac OS 10.4". I don't have such thing, is this my dead end?

Ifit is for eMacs, it will only work on eMacs.
