Email ? 3G OS

Hey all. New to the Forum and the iPhone world. I have a question
about email. From time to time I get emails from friends mainly
jokes with pics attached. The script shows up fine but the pics don't. The
pics just show up as a blue box with a question mark in the center.
What do I do to correct this? Something in my settings?

Settings>Mail Contacts and Calendars>Load Remote Images (ON)

Try that... hopefully that is what you're missing.
