Email Address Priority (typing in someone's name)

I constantly send emails to the wrong address (i.e. someone's work address instead of their personal email and vice versa) by typing their real name into the "To:" field. Is it possible to set someone's address as the default address to use when typing their name into the "To:" field? This mistake is really starting to get old...
