On a fully-updated first generation iPhone, I've noticed that my "check email every 15 minutes" is no longer effective. The phone doesn't check at all, in fact. Any fixes for this?

I'm also wondering that if reading emails on my MB somehow cancels out the iPhone registering these emails as new?
