email aliases in mac.app still the same color..

ok, i made an ailias and set the rules to have my mail from my alias to come in a different color but it still comes in the same color as my regular mail?

I believe it only works on incoming mail after you set the rule, not to ones that are already in your mail box.

That is correct. However, if from the "Message" menu you select "Apply Rules" (option-command-L), then the new rule will be applied to the messages of the currently open mailbox.
