Email and Photo size options?! Where has it gone?

I have noticed that upon sending an email with photo attachments it no longer prompts to send the photo attachments in SMALL, MEDIUM or LARGE? For obvious reasons I want to resize them like I previously did before iOS7 came out. Is this a missing feature or an option I have yet to find?

I sent a photo by email the other day and got the prompt so its still in there. As far as i know i've turned nothing on or off to get it.

There is no option. It just appears automatically. It doesn't appear every time for me. I think there must be a minimum MB threshold that triggers the option when trying to send a pic email.

It appears when you hit the send button after you've finished drafting your email...

Hmm I've more or less had every iphone model so I'm quite familiar with the email app. Using it the same way with iOS 7 it never asks. :/

I always get asked. There must be something turned off in the settings.

It always asks me... Even if it's just a 3-4 mb pic...

Here... I think the minimum requirement is 1 mb...

Edit: I had to crop my email address...
