So I have used my iphone for a couple years and have 1 annoyance maybe someone here can help....

I have an email like zzz@zzz.com (not actual email). I set it up to show only 25. I use web mail and outlook. In my webmail, I don't delete any emails because I have tons of space and dont need to. I have about 4k emails (long time).

BUT, the iphone shows 25 new ones.

If I delete them, it grabs the next 25... i don't want to do that for 4k emails!

So, I read them all, but then I will check email on my outlook, and do other stuff and before I know it I have 25 new ones and I need to click through them again.

Soo....

How should this be working? Should I be deleting them from the web? Is there away to quickly make them all read so my iphone shows 0 new emails instead of 25?

Any ideas would help.

Jeff.
