Email attachment appears as blue box

Noticed the last couple of days that when I receive an email that has an attachment file, it shows up as a blue box with a question mark on it and there is no way to view the attachment.

I have been restarting the springboard to clear up the issue. After I restart, email attachment appears as normal.

I have exchange email via push on a 3GS that is JB'd.

Any clue on what might cause this?
