Is anyone that has Verizon Fios email addresses xxx@verizon.net having conflict issues when the same email is programmed in their iphone?
I bought a 3GS and gave my wife my old 3G. I set up her verizon.net email that she uses at home on our home PC that is set up through our Verizon Fios bundle (TV/Phone/Internet).
When her phone is on, Outlook Express seems to hang says the server is busy or ask to have the username and password renentered. Once I turn the phone off, Outlook Express works fine.
I have had it work a few times, but it seems that the two systems are trying to check mail on the server at the same time and lock each other out. I have 3 accounts on my 3GS and never had this issue.
Same issue happens whether on WiFi or turning WiFi off and using 3G.
Anyone else have the issue or ideas on how to fix?
(typically she leaves her email off when not home, but when home, she will go to the PC to check mail as opposed to her iphone (yeah she will figure out she can do it at the phone from where she sits, but she is a newbie
)
