Email Drafts (start on computer continue on iPhone)

On my exchange account at work I want to be able to start an email and save it as a draft, then in the DRAFTS folder on the iPhone I want to be able to continue the email. The email shows up, but like a message that I've received and not as one that can be edited and hasn't been sent.

Anyone know if there's a way to do this?
