I have an Outlook email account which I access on their web platform. It has started misbehaving.
I have set up rules that tell it to redirect emails from certain people into various folders. But a while ago, emails over about a week old in those folders started disappearing. Outlook tells me that it's because of the "default iphone mail app". It says I should delete the iphone from my mobile devices that sync with my outlook mailbox and use only the Microsoft mail app. Has anyone had this issue before, and did this solve it?
