Email information when purchasing something in cydia???

I want to purchase a tweak in cydia but when I log into my email it is telling me that the source wants information from your account or something. I just want to know if it is safe to allow that. The tweak is barels.

yes think of it as your "cydia profile" by signing in to your email its linking the purchase to you so you can download again if you delete the tweak or restore your device

I'm assuming it's your Google/Gmail account it is trying to access. If the screen looks like this http://twitpic.com/451qcn then you are just fine. That screen is how cydia links your device to you so you can re-download your purchases.
