I have updated to Big Sur. I used to be able to filter all of my email messages by say Sender so all messages from one person would appear in alphabetical order, but it now only gives me one option of filtering by Unread Messages. Can anyone help me please?

I cannot help you unfortunately but I have a similar problem ... Upon installing BS and opening the Mail I now have a load of Gmail archived emails that I had previously deleted, any idea of how I can go back to how it was originally sorted without me having to go through a list of over 7000 emails and redeleting the ones that I have and saving the odd few that I would like to keep?
