Hey everyone, I used to have an iphone 3G but I switched back to windows mobile. I'm looking at the 3GS and I was wondering if email navigation worked the same way it did in the 2.0 OS. For example, if I'm viewing an e-mail in my Gmail inbox, and then I want to view an e-mail in my Exchange e-mail inbox, do I have to press Back, then Back, then Back in order to get to my other inbox, or has the 3.0 OS offered a better way to navigate between inboxes? I know this may seem small to many, but I get alot of e-mails so quick navigation is important to me.

Same as 2.0. It hasn't changed. I was hoping we would have the option to have a unified inbox in addition to the separate inbox setup like it is now, but alas, not yet.

Since apps are now allowed to interface with the mail app, it's entirely possible we could see a 3rd party unified email app. Or an app that would let us create shortcuts right to certain email boxes. I would love a mail icon for Work and a mail icon for Home.
