Email not working

So I got the new iPhone 5 I set up my email accounts but my email won't shw up only way it shows up if I go into my email and refresh it anyone having same problems??

Yes, I have the same problem on any account that doesn't support push...

My iPhone 4S was better than what my iPhone 5 is doing is there a way to fix this
