Email Notification Buzzes Before Screen Turns On?

When I get a email notification my phone would buzz but the screen would stay black for about a second or two then the screen turns on showing the email notification from the lock screen.

Does anyone get the same thing?

The same exact thing is happening to me. I believe it will also vibrate when in vibrate mode before the screen shows up.

There seems to be a delay and it isn't in sync.

Yeah that too. Vibrating or the buzz sound would come first than a second or two later, the screen turns on. Some delay for some reason that only happens with Mail notification.

Same thing for me.....been happening for a few weeks.....or maybe ever since I got the 5......but I definitely notice it now.....

I realized this as soon as I got the beta in June
