I recently had to replace all my apple devices after having my lab broken into a couple weeks ago, but now that I have it all back I'm having trouble with my mail apps..

When I read an email on my iPhone (for example) it still shows as unread on my other devices. So I spend time everyday paging through emails on the other 2 devices so they will be shown as 'read' on that device as well. I'm using a few email accounts on them (an exchange account, a gmail, and a university pop3).

Any idea if there is a setting to sync my actions to the 'cloud' so my emails will be read (or even deleted) on all the devies if I perform it on one of them?

Thanks.

The exchange account should work that way.

Instead of using the gmail setting you should use the google sync settings (do you currently have that set as IMAP?). Google it and you will see how to do it.

For the POP3 account you are out of luck unless you can set it up as IMAP instead.

Sometimes it is just a matter of remembering how things were set up before!
