Does any know if there is a way to move photos that have be emailed to you and put them in your photo library?

Does any know if there is a way to move photos that have be emailed to you and put them in your photo library?

You should have received the photo on both your iPhone and your Mac/PC, so you can move/copy it from there to wherever it needs to go. Or you can forward the email on your iPhone to your computer.
