Before we start, this doesn't seem to be a problem with MobileMe so I decided to post it here.

I originally used Gmail on my iPhone and never used my .Mac mail from before. When MobileMe came around I decided to start using my @me.com email address to keep everything nice and tidy with Push.

Now, I didn't want to keep both emails on the phone, wanted to only have to use one email. So I sent an email to contacts warning them of my email change. Then I forwarded my Gmail to my MobileMe account so I didn't lose any stragglers.

Now I did the exact same thing on my desktop on my iMac. Got rid of my Gmail account and only use my MobileMe account for my Mail app.

I've gotten a few junk emails from my Gmail which were then forwarded to my MobileMe, so I decided to set up a few filters on Gmail to prevent this from happening.

Problem is now, every now and then i will get a bunch of junk emails sent to my iPhone and when I open the mail app up I can see all the junk mail, but as soon as it refreshes, they all disappear!

Its weird because the Mail app on my iMac never gets these emails?

I think its a problem with Gmail forwarding before it uses its filtering process. But its weird, because why doesn't the Mail app on my iMac pick up the same emails?

Thanks for any help!
