I'm trying to get Outlook on iPhone to neither push nor fetch my email - I want to check it manually. But no matter what setting I pick - manually, 30 minutes, hourly, etc. I get immediate push notifications. It's really annoying. I would just turn off notifications altogether for Outlook, but I need notifications from the integrated calendar. Of course the fact that they're not separate with separate settings is another problem altogether. Is there something I'm missing to change the frequency of my Outlook notifications?

Of course, the real issue is that no matter how I set me phone to retrieve - or in this case - not retrieve email, it gets pushed to my phone in real time. It doesn't just happen with Outlook incidentally, it happens with my Apple account. I could live with the integrated calendar if I could the "manually" option would actually work.
