Email Question on new MBP

Cant email an online page to another contact.This is what i did.In Safari File>Share>Email this page and it opens my email. I am new to this MBP so i guess i have a setting wrong.Thanks

It should open you email to a compose email page with a link to that page, then just put the address in and send can't see what you are asking about it sounds to me like it's doing exactly what you asked.

It does not open to a compose email. It opens to my regular email page.How can i make it open to a compose email page?
