Email sending issues w/ attachments

Since restoring my old 5S backup to my new 6S, I've been having issues sending emails. More specifically, emails with pictures attached. I've deleted the email accounts multiple times and readded them. Sometimes I can get them to send but maybe an hour later it stops sending again putting me back into the loop of deleting and readding accounts.
