email sent from Outlook loses the body of the email

I have been a PC guy and just bought my first mac. Loaded Outlook 2011 to use with work Exchange 2008(?) server and no problems. Sent an email to my wife; she tried to read the email on an HTC Incredible Droid phone and the body of the email was lost. Sent same email via the PC & Outlook 2010 and no problems. Do I have a setting somewhere set incorrectly?
