Well, we tried out bulkemailsending.info, and it helped us. hope it helps you too.

go daddy offers a mass e-mailer as well that's decent. I recommend Exchange e-mail though. You can send out 5,000 e-mails a day per e-mail address and it's cheaper + a ton more benefits.
