Email settings?

Is there a way to import email settings from one iDevice to another?

If you back up a device and restore from that to the new one, it copies everything over. That's what I did when I went from the iPad2 to the new iPad. Not sure how that would work when switching between different devices (i.e., iPhone to iPad or vice versa).

Thanks, I'm trying to get one of my email accounts to work on my new iPad. It works fine on my iPhone, but has issues on the iPad.
