iPhone Email signature being added as HTML file and not showing in body of email?

Anyone know how to stop this in the native mail.app?

I've got 2 email accounts on the phone, a work one (which needs this signature) and my personal one which doesn't. When i write a message it shows in teh body of the email but when its sent the recipient received it as a HTML file "ATT00001.html".

Since iOS 13, the stock mail app supports RTF natively, so the receivers email client is mainly the issue here. Currently there is no way to turn off RTF in email signatures, maybe coming in a future update.
