Hope this might be a setting I missed somewhere

Most of the spam email I receive gets delivered to the Junk folder which is how it should be, however

I keep getting lots of the spam emails pretending to be from UPS (similar companys also), which contain an attachment with a virus on it, these email just go straight to my inbox and not the Junk folder.

If I view the full headers for the email, the mail sever is tagging these as potential spam (looks same as others that do go to Junk folder automatically)

Is there an easy way I can get mail to auto Junk these, or do I just have to keep hitting Junk on each one and hope it learns (so far doesn't as the sender changes slightly each time)

I am running Lion with all latest updates (but don't think its a lion problem)
