Email synching between 2 accounts

Hi - I'd like to find out if there is a clever way to sync specified emails from one email address to another separate email address at any time from anywhere. Like one way synching. Right now we're using the rules in mail and are forwarding the emails we want to both view, but it's not seamless, i.e. not always all forwarding, some show up scrambled and you need to both be on the same network in order for the emails to forward. I was hoping mobile me could solve this problem, but it doesn't look like it.

The goal is that one person will be able to view, respond to and manage the emails from either account and the other person will just need to respond to those that are "personal" in their account. Any ideas?
