Email trouble

Hi,

Need help. Here's what happened:

First, I've imported gmail into my mac mail (previously had only comcast). Now, this event may or may not be relevant. Everything was fine for a day or two.

This morning I wasn't able to view the bodies of emails in my mailbox (just the headers) - the contents were just blank.

I click on rebuild mailbox and that caused all my emails to disappear (except for the ones I received yesterday).

What do I do?
