Today there were a few emails in my hotmail about undelivered emails, and some from friends letting me know i've got a email virus deal. So, whatever, it's just hotmail and i've gotten them from other people before, no big deal.

Then, I logged into my university email and it had also sent out emails reading:

Hi,

Just received my Apple MC226LL from this homepage , www.Benefits188.com It's so cheaper but genuine , I like it very much ,I paid it $740US couier charges included , They have some other products. If you want to get one. you can check it out

Regards,

Zac

This made me think that it's possibly something on my computer? Instead of just being isolated to hotmail? Or maybe in Safari?

Ideas would be great.

It's not a virus; it's your password being cracked or something. I would just change your password if I were you, and be more vigilant about your email account.
