I have a person I am trying to help with their email account. We had to change her outgoing mail server recently, and since it doesn't work. I verifeid several times that the new server settings are correct, and she can receive mail and get online fine. We tried recreating the account in netscape 7.0, and also updating the info in her Internet settings under the apple. She is running MAC OS 9.1, and although it doesn't send, it will not give any error message, but if she cancels the send, then it comes up and says 'send failed'. Any ideas?
