Hi all,

I'm trying to set up Apple Mail to work with my Verizon email address. Does anyone know which protocol Verizon uses (is it IMAP? or POP? or SMTP? or another?). Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

IMAP and POP are incoming
SMTP is outgoing

Verizon offers both IMAP and POP, AFAIK

Mail server settings
Incoming mail server (POP3): incoming.verizon.net
Outgoing mail server (SMTP): outgoing.verizon.net
