emailed photos don't display when I send to another iphone

hi all,

I sent a email with attached photos from my work outlook account to my
comcast account and pulled it up with my iphone.
The photos came up fine. I forwarded the email to a friend's account and
when he pulls it up on his iphone the photos don't display,(the blue box with
the question mark).

Any Ideas what's up?
