Emailing pictures in different sizes

When I first got my phone I was able to email pictures, from the iPhone4 cam, in small, medium, large and original size. Today I have lost the ablity to do so. It just takees the image to the mail screen and waits on me to type the address in.

I have checked settings till I am blue in the face and am just stumped.

Is there something I am doing wrong for it not to ask about the sizes anymore?
