I'm having an issue with emails that have disappeared. The emails are from March 2007 to May 2009, but the problem was put to my attention a few months ago. This happened sometime after a webhost switch back in May 2009. We managed to back up Mail, Mail Downloads and Preferences folders before the switchover. Unfortunately, I don't know how to progress from there (complete noob
). Is there a painless way to restore the emails from the backup?
