Emails not printing as before

I have Mac Air 2015. Since upgrade to Big Sur 11.6 my Safari emails have taken on a horrible new look. Different size, different font, different layout. The navigation is clumsy and I can't print out entire emails. I used to be able to double click on the email in the column and it would show in its entirety in a new window - including the header - but now I have to toggle to get the print box to show just the email and not all the columns and even then the header doesn't show, just the frame. Is there a way I can go back to old style?
