Emails Not Sync Automatically

Since updating to IOS 14, and even now on IOS 14.1, I have noticed if I delete a email from the Outlook or Gmail App when I open the Apple Native Email App, the emails are not deleting automatically off the Apple Email App and visa versa, prior to IOS 14, if I deleted a email from my Outlook app if would automatically delete the email in the Apple Email App. Anyone else having this problem
