Emails sending while editing typos...?

Hey Guys -

So today I had two emails randomly fire off while I was still in the middle of typing. I would tap & hold the screen to get to the word that i wanted to fix, and then the airplane sound happened and it was off..

Im thinking there is a shortcut to send an email that I must be triggering, but I can't seem to find anything about it online...?

This is on iPhone 5 (first iPhone for me and ive only had it for a couple weeks)..
