I have one email which I receive every day which goes directly to Junk rather than my inbox.
I have added the sender address t contacts, I have reset my Junk mail preferences & checked required fields in advanced settings with no changes to its behaviour.
Now its becoming annoying. I wonder if anyone has a solution or explanation for this behaviour?

Its being designated as junk by my email provider BT yahoo, even though I have identified it in filters that it should go into my inbox. ??????

Yes although it may be that I havent correctly identified it in the filter. Would it help to attach a screen dump of the filter characteristics?

Maybe. I have a "burner" Yahoo email account, and it does get some spam occasionally, but it doesn't seem like I can do any testing since I don't know when the spam is coming in.
