Emails sent to my phone

I'm new to the site so I am probably asking a real dumb question but...
How do I stop emails going to my phone every single time somone responds to one of my posts.
Reason, this email is connected to my phone and it will go off while I am at work. I would rather not have that happen.
I already went into my profile and I thought unclicking that option would work.
I guess not.
Need to know though.

Go here and in the screen below change it to no email notification like mine is. That will set it for future threads you reply to. Then click where is says "subscribed threads" there and that will take you to a list of all the threads you are currently subscribed to. From there you can select all and change the notification on the dropdown at the bottom.

I know it's like OCD or something but I can't stand listening to my phone go off all day long.

You will need 500 posts before you can have an avatar. Then just go to this link to upload it.
