Emails won't delete from Apple Mail

I received a couple emails a while ago and while Mail was getting the emails from the Gmail server I had a kernel panic. Since then I have had two emails stuck in my inbox and I cannot get rid of them. Before I try to delete them they are normal emails and after I press delete they just turn gray and stay there. Any suggestions?

drop into your library and find the files in your mail folder and remove them.

well...I just tried that but I couldn't find them. I even did a search of my Mac of the date created but they didn't show up. and when I open the messages in mail they are blank - see attachment

If you have a backup of your e-mails, you can try tossing the Mail folder from the Library and reconfigure Mail.app. It's not the easiest solution, but that's the only one I can see so far. Others might have better suggestions.

Delete a Mail from inbox

>>Mailbox at the top of Menu bar and clicl on Rebuild library
>>And go the specific mailbox and delete the mail from there

Go to Home library and click on mail and click on pop -inbox - mailbox and delete the mail from there

The rebuild worked - I didn't even have to restart - thanks a ton!
